How much can you borrow?
Most lenders will let you borrow between 4 and 4.5 times your annual income, though some lenders go higher depending on your circumstances. We search the whole market — not just the high street — to find the lender who'll offer you the best deal for your situation.

How much deposit do you need?

First Home Fund / LIFT scheme — a shared equity scheme that can contribute up to £25,000 toward your purchase price
